1. Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items that have been installed or used.
- Customized or special order items.
- Electrical components (due to the sensitive nature of these products).
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply to returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and inspecting returned items.
6. Exchanges:

- Orders may be cancelled same day, without any penalties, providing the have not yet been a shipped. Excluded custom orders and cuts. Some exceptions may apply.
